EDWARD MALDONADO ACHIEVES "GRADUATE REALTOR® INSTITUTE" DESIGNATION (GRI) DECEMBER 4, 2003.
The REALTOR® institude is a national continuing education program offered by the Texas Association of REALTORS®. Graduates complete three 30 hour courses of instruction - GRI 1, 2, and 3- in specialized subjects, including legal issues, finance, marketing, real estate investment, professional standards, and environmental law. Only 8 to 9 percent of 60,000 Texas REALTORS® have earned their GRI designation. The GRI designation is a mark of excellence that signifies the graduate is a cut above the rest of the REALTORS®. It represents the knowledge and professionalism needed to perform successfully in today's complex real estate field.

ABOUT FAMILY
Wife, Martha, two sons, Victor & Eddie Jr., grandson, Eloy II, - Edward Maldonado was born and raised in Chicago Heights, Illinois and then relocated to McAllen Texas in 1988. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. Core classes in Real Estate from South Texas Community College. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, participating in tennis leagues and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations. As a REALTOR® I enjoy helping people find the perfect home and seeing the "joy" in my clients face when I have accomplished this task and being there for them through the whole home buying process and helping them make homeownership easy. | |
